Okay, I know that this series, if published, PROBABLY won't become a movie, but I like looking at actors that could fit my characters. Of course, all of them would be too old by the time that it actually was published and a movie was made, but that's not the point.
Kristen Johnson:
Kristen Johnson is the main character. She's a fifteen year old mutant who can read minds. The past two years of her life, she's been a slave in the secret, underground Institute of Discovery, working for cruel, heartless scientists.

Benjamin White:
Ben White is another main character (there are a bunch of them). He's sixteen, and can defy gravity and use energy to attack. He's been in the Institute of Discovery for two years as well. It's been horrible, mainly because nobody there has seemed to remember his name.
(He's played by Logan Lerman)
Max Smith:
Max Smith is naturally a leader. He's a tall seventeen year old, who has been in the Institute of Discovery since he was ten. Nobody really knows what his powers are, and he doesn't even mention having them. He's a rebel who will get into trouble for a few laughs.
(He's played by Hayden Menard)
Lea Rivers:
Lea has been like a sister to Kristen ever since they got shoved into the Institute of Discovery as roommates. She's only nine, but has the potential to become more powerful than all her friends combined. She can control dreams and twist them to her advantage. She's also a genius, and because of this is rather cynical for a nine year old.
(She's played by Isabella Acres)
Nick Gone:
Nick is always hungry. He's constantly shoving food into his mouth. Even he doesn't remember when he was captured by the Institute of Discovery, but he's knows that it's been a very long time. His teleportation and storm-making aren't very useful underground, since there are boundaries to avoid teleporters.

'The Raven' (Raevin):
Raevin is very mysterious. She doesn't know anything of her background, only what Mr. J has told her. He's tried to convince her that her parents were killed in a fire, and that she was left to him because her parents knew and trusted him, but Mr. J wasn't exactly a trustworthy person. She never was put in the Institute of Discovery, but has to work for the evil Mr. J, which is probably twice as worse. She can shape-shift into animals.
(She's played by Hailee Steinfeld)
Mr. J:
Mr. J focuses on nothing but constant planning. If he wants to take over the world, he has to keep his head in the game and gather his army. He's basically the head of the small town Elmore, Alabama, and anything he says is done. With literally the ability to kill someone with a touch of his finger and the inability to die, Mr. J is a very worthy oponent.
(He's played by Bruce Willis)
Trinity Kline:
Trinity knows that she's a mutant, but nobody knows what her powers are. She was in the Institute of Discovery for a while, but she was able to escape fairly easily. Her past is shrouded with mystery, and many people see her as a flirt and hopeless romantic. Thankfully, they haven't suspected anything yet.
(She's played by AnnaSophia Robb)
William "Bill" Winters:
Bill can mimic ANY voice, even of people he's never met, and create barriers where people can't use their powers, unless he allows them to. He's pretty powerful, but is too timid and quiet to use his powers. Though he'll stand up for anything he believes in, he'll follow Mr. J's instructions to the letter.
(He's played by Clint Francis Barton)
Benny Williams:
Benny is just a natural comedian. He can crack jokes at all the right times (and sometimes at the wrong times), and is always a cheerful guy. Despite working for Mr. J and being considered a 'bad guy' by everybody, Benny has a way to make anybody just burst out laughing.
(He's played by Josh Hutcherson)
Nicole Johnson:
Nicole is neither evil nor good. She's just... mentally unstable. And hearing voices in her head. She's Kristen's jealous seventeen year old cousin, though she'd never admit being jealous, and she'd do anything to watch Kristen suffer. She recently was admitted into the Institute of Discovery.
(She's played by Georgie Henley)
